When a property is leaving Booking Factory we need to follow a few steps in order to completely close down their account.
1. In their Booking Factory account
1.1. Go to Settings -> Inventory -> Settings -> Tick Set cut-off-date on today and save.
1.2. Go to Connectivity Settings - Channel Manager - Tick Sync
Next click on Edit and untick Is active box for all connections and remove hotel from Choose hotel.
1.3. Remove their email address from Hotel Details and from Communication and Notification
1.4. Delete ALL reactions from their profile - Other - Reactions
1.5 From Email Setup - Delete all emails that might be set up there.
1.6. Go to BF Admin and Block the property
2. Channel manager
2.1. Channex - make sure that there is no channel connection active and then go to properties and remove their property
2.2. If they have Vertical Booking - we need to delete all connections there and send VB email with the name of the hotel and the VB Hotel ID and ask them to to hard close that property and confirm via email. VB email: partner.support.vb@zucchetti.it
3. Stripe
3.1 Find the customer in stripe and make sure to cancel their subscription so that they will not be charged for next month.
4. Freshsales
4.1 Find the customer in fresh sales and mark the product BF Basic Plan as lost and write a comment on their account about it. If there are other products please check if they need to close that service as well.
