How to connect and map to Agoda

Before you start please make sure that the room type names on Agoda matches the room type names you have in Booking Factory. This is needed in order for our support team to map the room types correctly. 

You will need to have your direct contract with Agoda for your property, please sign up with them and upload all your details and images etc.

Once the property is ready to connect please ask the support in the messaging inside the Extranet to connect to Channex or you can do it yourself using their interface.


How to connect to Channex from Agoda:

For existing Agoda partners:

Go to YCS > Settings > Property Settings.

Click Optional Settings.

Tick or untick enable channel manager mode box to add or remove channel manager.

Select Channex from the drop-down box.

Click Save.


Once the steps before have been completed please contact Booking Factory support and ask them to map BF to Agoda through Channex. 

When sending the request please be clear on what room types to map to the channel and what rate plans from Booking Factory should be mapped.
