Discounts

If you want to offer discount after the guest has made a reservation for example you have a returning guest that you would like to offer a special discount, you want to offer your employees´ family and friends discount or you have a guest that you need to give a discount due to some issues you would create a fixed discount in settings. These discounts will be visible only on the advanced settings and can be added to any booking.

Creating a discount:  

  1. Select Add Discount
  2. Title: Add a descriptive title
  3. Amount: Type in the amount
  4. Type: Select if the discount should be Percentage or a Fixed amount.


Using the discount:

  1. Open the reservation card for the guest you would like to add the discount to and go to Folios.
  2. You will need to tick the box next to the item to add a discount on that item. 
  3. Type in the discount name and select from the drop down list that will appear.




When the discount has been added you will see it under the product and in total amount.
