Navigate to Inventory and select Room Setup.

This is the part where you assign your room units to your room types.

The system has 10 rooms as the pre-setup.

To delete a room, tick on the x on the right hand side.

To edit the room, tick on the pencil icon on the right hand side.

Now type in the name or number of your room, for example room 101.

From the drop down list, assign room 101 the correct room type. This is a list of all of the room types that you have set up.

Property is automatically assigned to your main property, if you created other properties that have different locations, you would be able to select them from the drop down list.

Priority is an optional setting, this feature will prioritize in what order your reservations flow into the system. This only works when reservations are flowing in the system from OTA channels. Higher numbers will be allocated first, lower numbers will be allocated last.

Manual reservations will be assigned to the first available room depending on your room order.

Available online means that the room will be available on your Booking Engine.

Enabled rooms means that the room will be displayed on your calendar.

Key Code and Common Door name is used if the property has self check in.

For the calendar view it is possible to select colors and add dividers.

Click the done icon to save.

To create more room units, select “Add Room”

To add multiple rooms at the same time, type a room range into the input field.

For example; 201-210. Then select the room type and property and save.

Now you have quickly populated 10 room units.
It is then easy to edit them if you need to.

To rearrange the rooms, click on the burger icon on the left side of the room unit and drag and drop it. This will be the order of your room units in the calendar.
