Booking Notes

Currently there are 3 types of Booking Notes that can be added to a booking in the system.



1. Guest Note - This note is created from the channel the booking is coming from. When a modification or update is made from the channel, this note will be overwritten with the new information.


2. Hotel Note - This section shows the specific notes that are setup for the customers. These notes are created and edited for each individual customer and will appear in every booking the customer will make.


3. Housekeeping Note - If a property has a housekeeping system connected (Sweeply), this section can be used to add specific notes that the housekeepers using this system can see. 


* In addition, the Housekeeping Notes are currently the only ones that the property can use to add comments for the specific booking, so they won't be overwritten, like they would be if they are written in the Guest or Hotel Notes. New type of note that the properties can use for this purpose is already requested from the developers, upon the demand of several properties.
