The reservation card contains all reservation details and allows for various actions such as editing, adding payments, and more.

Rooms Tab

• Contains room details like type, number, arrival date, guest name, occupancy, and rate.

• Colored dot indicates housekeeping status, chat bubble for notes.

• Sort rooms by clicking on columns.

• Bulk update actions available by selecting rooms.

Editing Room

• Click on room and select edit to make changes.

• Amend room details and save.

• Reset rate plan if rate needs updating.

• Lock room to guest with "Do Not Move" option.

Extras Tab

• Add items like breakfast, tours, transfers etc.

• Items set up by manager in backend settings.

• Select room number and folio to save.

Guest Tab

• Add guests to room, lead guest is marked with a star.

• Bulk edit for group reservations by clicking the toggle "Bulk edit guest"

• Print registration form or click printer icon.

Folios Tab

• Create guest account folio, post charges and payments.

• Multiple folios in booking, split or pass charges between them.

• Move items between folios, split charges by percentage or fixed amount.

• Create invoice from folio, unchangeable tax document.
• Add payment to create receipt.
• Credit receipt for amendments.
  
  

Payment Tab

• View payment transactions, use card vault if connected to payment gateway.

• Request payment via email with Pay Now button for guest.

• Add manual transactions, refund payments if needed.

Email Tab

• Send emails using Basic View, Advanced Email Builder, or templates.

• Option to attach confirmation or invoice.

• Ensure guest email is added in the Guests tab if not in profile.

History Tab

• Logs amendments made on reservation with user details.

Attachment Tab

• Upload files with important guest information.
