You can change a name of the folio to another guests name, a company or a Travel Agency.
This is often used if a company or a travel agency is paying for the room and the guest is only paying for their extra items such as food & beverage from the bar or room service.
This can also be useful when two guests are staying in one room and would like to split a bill and have their own receipts with their name.

Change customer to a company that has a customer profile in the system
To change the name of the folio to a company name click on the pencil icon next to the name and select "Find Customer" if the company already has a customer profile in the system.
Start typing the name in the search bar and then select the company from the drop down list.
Tick the "done" icon to save.
Change customer to a company does not have a customer profile in the system
If the company does not have a customer profile in the system click on the pencil icon next to the name and select "Create New Customer"
Select Customer Type and fill out the information and save.
Now you will have 2 folios, 1 for the Company and 1 for the guest staying in the room.
Change a folio to another guest name staying in the room
To change the name of the folio to the 2nd guests name on the reservation, click on the pencil icon next to the name and select the name from the dropdown list.
