How to Split Paymnets

Payments can be split by percentage or by fixed amount and moved to another folio.

1. Open the reservation card
2. Go to Folios
3. Tick the box next to the charge you want to split
4. Select "Move to"  
   • if there are more than 1 folios on the reservation a drop down list will appear and you can select what folio you want the charge to be move to. 
   • If there is only 1 folio on the reservation, simply select "Move to" and then "New Folio"
     
      
5. Now you can select how much you want to move to the target folio by typing in the field an amount or you can use the quick split by percentage option and select 50% and then select  "Move"
