In Email preferences choose which notifications are relevant for you and your team to receive on a regular basis.
The email that is set is the email that will receive all notifications.
We always recommend having the last 4 boxes ticked as it is important to get notified if there are some errors, overbookings, missing notifications or missing cancellations. This can happen if there is some sort of error with mapping. The hotel might need to amend bookings manually.
