Sending emails

Sending emails directly from the system to a guest.

This could be for example sending an answer to FAQ, the confirmation or a receipt to the guest.


You have 3 options of sending emails.

1. Type in the empty page on the basic view

2. Use our Advanced email builder to build more defined email

3. Use a template from the drop down list that has been created for your property.


How to send an email:

1. Open the reservation card of the guest that you want to email.

2. Go to Email

3. Select an email template 

4. Click "Send Email"

There is an option to send the confirmation and or invoice as an attachment.


FYI: If there is not an email on the guest profile and the Send to line is empty. You will need to navigate to "Guests" and add the email to the guest profile, you are not able to write any email into the Send to field.


 

Note that the E-mail subject will, by default, be the confirmation number of the booking 

"Your booking at Hotel Name #BAGC-4737335-A" 

But this can be changed by simply erasing the text and writing a new one.
