You can decide which additional features you’d like to enable for your system setup. Please note that these settings will apply system-wide for all users—individual users cannot customize their own view.
Select the features you plan to use. If you are managing a smaller accommodation, we recommend keeping the setup simple. You can always return later to enable more features as needed.
Recommended features to have enabled:
- Housekeeping
- Housekeeping Status Modification
- Sales Channels
- Group Booking
Once you’ve made your selection, scroll down and click “Save” to apply the changes.
Two new features have been added to enhance customer management and integration:
- Enable Travia Customer Lookup
This feature is intended for properties connected to Travia. When enabled, the system will automatically search for the customer's External ID in Travia. If a match is found, it will link the incoming booking from this channel to the corresponding customer profile in Booking Factory.
- Optimize Customer Search
This feature improves how you search for customers within the system. Once enabled, you’ll be able to search for customers either by their profile or by details from their booking/folio. A new set of search options will appear in the Customer tab to support this functionality.
