Booking Factory offers a simple version of a housekeeping app.

The site is not an official app but it is designed for mobile version.

We recommend adding the site to your home screen on your mobile phone to use it as an app.

The app provides real-time updates on room status, allowing housekeepers to see which rooms have been cleaned, which are in progress, and which are pending cleaning

Make sure that you enable the housekeeping app features by navigating to Settings - System Settings - Hotel Features and enable both Housekeeping Feature and Housekeeping Status Modification Feature.</voice>

Navigate to your user name and select "Housekeeping"

Log in by using the same login info as your Booking Factory Account

The app displays a list of all property rooms.

The rooms can be sorted by the status of the rooms. For example click dirty to only have the rooms that are marked dirty.

The icons on the bottom left corner of the rooms indicate that a room is checking in or a room is checking out.

The numbers in the top right corner indicates how many nights the room is staying and how many nights it has stayed.

To see details about the room and changing the status click on the room.

Click on the paint brush to change the status of the room, when the status has been changed in the app it will automatically be updated in Booking Factory as well.

If there is a note for housekeeping it will be displayed on the room.

We recommend refreshing the app regularly to get updates if reception adds new notes.

Select the arrow in the top left corner to go back to the rooms view.
